29 Days of Self Love

We all need a little reminder to give ourselves some love and last month I made it a goal to do that everyday. I keep a bullet journal and usually each month I write something that I’m grateful for that day. But every February I change it around a bit by writing something I love about myself (idea from Caitlin’s Corner). It’s a good practice to appreciate my strengths and to point out things I like about myself. I also try to think positively about things that usually don’t get good thoughts most of the time.

So today I’m sharing that page of my bullet journal. Meanwhile, I challenge you to think about what you love about yourself, or even what you could love more.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
